CDI was awarded a multi-year job order contract in 2017 to perform work for the university while completing a major renovation/addition project on campus. The majority of these contracts were carried out in occupied educational buildings with minimal disruption to students and staff. The contracts encompassed a wide variety of scopes, including structural demolition, renovation and remodeling, repairs to structures and properties, mechanical and electrical infrastructure, and Simmons Bank Field improvements.
