This 9-story hotel was constructed with structural concrete and features exterior finishes consisting of EIFS and brick. It also features a full height atrium and skybridge connecting to the Hot Springs Convention Center. One of the main features in the atrium is a waterfall at the observation elevators which flows into a steam meandering through the landscaping beneath two bridges. Other features include a full-service restaurant, indoor pool, spa and fitness area.
