The 248,000 SF five-story headquarters building uses a mixture of steel and concrete construction with extensive curtain walls and exterior finishes of metal panels and stone. Custom finishes include several marble accent walls, marble floors in the atrium with hydronic piping, 5-story grand atrium with a custom architectural ceiling that serves as a distinctive aesthetic as well as a functional smoke evacuation system. The moveable wall system is another unique aspect of the facility that required accurate work and attention to detail. Each wing of the building is constructed as an open floor plan, with enclosed offices on the perimeter and exterior walls. The east wing includes enclosed offices in the center bay flanking each side of the core. The building also includes a 111,000 SF underground parking garage.
