This 42,000 SF four-story residential hall incorporates natural finishes and modern touches to lend a feeling of home. The joint community space and kitchen downstairs allows for student socialization. Other amenities include laundry room, meeting rooms on each floor, computer room, courtyard in the back and separate living quarters for the residential administrators. The facility also includes a university police substation. Another part of this project was the renovation of the neighboring residential hall that included refinishing of the floors and refreshing paint in the community areas.
